Remark:
- When submitting the application form, please also provide the original and copies of the following documents. (The originals will be returned immediately upon verification.)
- The student's Hong Kong birth certificate (or possibly a document proving residency in Hong Kong);
- Parent's ID card;
- Parent's copy of the "Primary One Admission Application Form" for self-allocation of school places;
- Parents' copy of the "School Selection Form" for unified school placement;
- One student ID photo;
- Student learning portfolio (if any, no page limit).
- According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the information collected in this form will only be used by the school to process applications for Primary One waiting list admission. After the admission process is completed, the application form will be destroyed three months later.
- The school will not process any applications that are submitted after the deadline or lack complete documentation.
