Grace Gallery

• Located in the corridor on the fifth floor of the school, it is specially set up to showcase outstanding student works and is a development project for gifted education.
• The exhibits are diverse, including paintings, masks, sculptures, ceramics, and book reports.
• The design is lively, fun, colorful, and full of childlike innocence.
• By leveraging the Grace Gallery, we can recognize students' talents and achievements, provide a platform for students to learn from each other, and enhance their learning interest, self-confidence, and sense of accomplishment.

• Students can use information technology to collect information and conduct thematic study activities.
• Expand the indoor space to provide students with a spacious and comfortable learning environment.

Common Sense Room

• The General Knowledge Room is the "exploration world" for our students. Students will go to the General Knowledge Room to conduct scientific research experiments in groups. The General Knowledge Room is equipped with tables and sinks for group work. The facilities in the General Knowledge Room are complete and the scale has been upgraded to the junior high school standard. The room is decorated with different geographical and scientific knowledge information. The lively design makes students love to carry out learning activities here. This place has nurtured many future scientists.
• The General Knowledge Room has enough experimental equipment and electronic instruments (such as decibel meters, electron microscopes, electronic thermometers, electronic dynamometers, etc.) for group use, so that students can conduct fair tests and experience the STEM process.
• After school, students who excel in general knowledge and become "little scientists" use the general knowledge room, which provides space for them to develop their potential. The top students have conducted interesting chemical experiments such as making their own soap bubbles and crystallizing sugar. They have also developed bioplastics made from potatoes and made an eco-friendly toy piano using micro:bit programming, and participated in the general knowledge jacks competition.
• During breaks, graded STEM experiential activities will be set up in the General Knowledge Room, such as making ice cream using scientific principles, allowing students to experience the application of science in daily life.
• The General Knowledge Room has also been newly equipped with a hydroponic seedling cultivation device, allowing students in the Tuesday extracurricular activity "Hydroponic Workshop" to cultivate seedlings from seeds. Combined with the hydroponic equipment in the rooftop garden, students can become little farmers at Chongzhen School.

• Our school's central library is located on the fifth floor in the Grace Gallery. The interior is decorated with an ocean theme, symbolizing that the library's books are as abundant as ocean resources, waiting to be explored by students.
• The Central Library boasts a rich collection of approximately 20,000 books, including Chinese and English books and magazines, offering a diverse range of options to cater to students' different interests, preferences, and needs.

Language Learning Room

• The school provides each student with a computer and tablet, along with online learning platforms in English, Mandarin, and Chinese. Students can practice reading aloud or conduct self-assessments, thereby enhancing their interest in language learning and their self-study abilities.
• The desks and chairs are grouped by different colors to facilitate group discussions among students after using the software.

Visual Arts Studio

• The table and chair design is based on a painter's palette, allowing students to unleash their creativity in a fun environment.
• The students' artistic creations are displayed around the perimeter for their enjoyment.
• An annual "Visual Arts Exhibition" is held to showcase a wide variety of student artworks, enhancing students' sense of accomplishment while allowing them to appreciate and learn from each other.

Music Room

• Different musical instruments are provided, including drums, glockenspiel, and xylophone, allowing students to fully enjoy the fun of music.
• Teachers will use magnetic musical notes to teach music knowledge and rhythm, making it easier for students to grasp.
• The music room has a full range of musical instruments, and students can not only practice percussion and singing during extracurricular activities, but also have the opportunity to learn wind instruments (clarinet, flute, trumpet, trombone) and string instruments with professional instructors.

Chongzhen Elementary School Radio and Campus Television Station

• Chongzhen Radio and Television Station provide a stage for students to unleash their potential. Equipped with a comprehensive lighting system, filming control equipment, and professional video cameras, students can create many wonderful original programs. A professional green screen allows for easy integration with a wide range of CG effects. The campus television station features live streaming equipment, allowing other students to enjoy live broadcasts from their classrooms. Programs are also uploaded to the school's website or YouTube channel for students and parents to enjoy at home anytime.

Hanging Gardens

• Students can enjoy breathtaking views of the bay.
• There are benches and pavilions for students to rest.
• The school emphasizes greening and environmental education, so the rooftop garden is filled with flowers and plants, allowing students to connect with nature. In addition, the rooftop garden has a special horticulture area where students can grow different fruits and vegetables and experience the joy of farming firsthand.
• It is equipped with a canopy, allowing students to learn outdoors all day long.

Auditorium

• The space is spacious and bright, with a high ceiling, and can accommodate 750 people.
• Equipped with advanced stage lighting and sound equipment, the school allows each student to shine and showcase their talents through various activities such as drama, musicals, talent shows, singing, dancing, percussion performances, and recitations.
• The auditorium can also be converted into two standard indoor badminton courts for students to train and compete.
• Students participate in a variety of activities in the auditorium, including morning meetings, weekly meetings, quiz competitions, Christmas parties, Gospel Week, English Day, Mandarin Day, and Science and Technology Day, enjoying a vibrant learning life.

School History Gallery

• Through pictures and words, the school vividly recounts its history and changes over the past sixty years to its students.
• Displaying school artifacts allows students to reminisce about the past and increases their sense of belonging to the school.

Large covered playground and covered basketball court

• It provides a larger space for students to engage in various activities. In addition to physical education classes, students can participate in multiple intelligences activities, school team training, and inter-class competitions here, allowing children to enjoy a pleasant school life.
• During breaks, students can play basketball and jog on the basketball court, or use human-powered bicycles, climbing walls, jump rope machines, and ping-pong tables on the covered playground to relax and promote friendship among classmates.

"Time to Chill"

• "Time to Chill" is a special space designed to promote students' mental well-being. This space aims to provide students with a relaxed and comfortable environment where they can freely perform and express their emotions, thereby relieving academic pressure and promoting physical and mental health. Students can perform music, dance, drama, and other activities here, showcasing their creativity and talent. Through "Time to Chill," the school hopes to cultivate students' confidence and positive energy, while creating a joyful learning atmosphere to help them find balance in their busy campus life and improve their overall mental health.

"Five Loaves and Two Fish" Glass Mural

• The miracle of the "five loaves and two fish" recounted in John 6:1-14 of the Bible tells the story of an ordinary man. This child, possessing little, shared his only, seemingly insignificant "five loaves and two fish" with simple and pure love. This act was accepted and blessed by the gracious and powerful Creator Jesus Christ! It also gave rise to a profound and blessed experience for five thousand people!

  This miracle can still happen to us today! Are you willing to offer all that you have and place it in the Lord's hands, so that God may transform it into abundant grace? May this blessing be upon all the teachers, students, parents, and guests who view this mural.

"Positive Life Cinema" and Multipurpose Room

• A large television screen is set up to play various positive-energy movies produced by the school, cultivating different kinds of good positive character traits in students.
• It is also a large event venue with flexible and varied layouts. When the two rooms are combined, they can accommodate more than 300 students for various activities, such as morning meetings, weekly meetings, fellowships, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
• Equipped with full-length mirrors, it is an ideal place for students to practice Taekwondo and dance.

• The rubber chair was purchased from Australia and provides comfortable and strong support for the child's spine.
• The desks and chairs come in three height levels: high, medium, and low, suitable for students of different levels.
• Each classroom is equipped with computers, LCD projectors, document cameras, and a central broadcasting system. All grades 1 through 6 have touch-screen TVs to provide students with comprehensive facilities.
• Each classroom is equipped with an open-access reading cabinet displaying various books, which helps cultivate students' interest in reading.

English Learning Room

• Foreign English teachers and school teachers will collaborate in teaching to enhance students' systematic learning of English phonetics skills and improve their English listening and speaking abilities.
• The English learning room is decorated in a lively and interesting way, with large books, wall charts, flashcards, dolls, learning materials and fun games to enhance students' interest in learning English.
• Foreign English teachers will arrange special learning activities for students, such as movie screenings and story sharing.

• The climbing wall features routes of varying difficulty, catering to students of all grades. Climbing can improve students' physical and mental well-being, enhance their physical fitness, and cultivate resilience and courage in the face of challenges.
