Lunch Arrangement
Lunch time for students is from 12:25 PM to 1:05 PM. All students are required to have lunch on campus with teachers and classmates. Details regarding the meal arrangements are as follows:
| Method 1: | Students are required to bring their own insulated lunch boxes back to school. |
| Method 2: | Parents can bring their children's lunch to the covered playground before 12:00 noon on school days, and the staff will assist in delivering it to each classroom. (Students need to apply for/renew their "lunch delivery name tag" with their homeroom teacher every year.) |
| Method 3: | Lunch boxes are ordered from the lunch supplier on a monthly basis. |

| Please note the order date: | September 2025: August 16, 2025 to August 26, 2025 Starting in October 2025, orders will be placed between the 16th and 24th of the previous month. No make-up orders or transfers will be accepted after the order deadline. |
| Ordering method: | Please download the Xiangfa Food App from the App Store and Play Store to order and pay (electronic payment only). Parents are kindly requested to pay attention to the monthly payment date and complete the process on time. Thank you for your cooperation. |

The detailed information for applying for the "Student Name Tags with Lunch Delivery" is as follows:
| 1. | Application period for "Student Name Tags for Lunch Delivery": First three days of school / Please apply to the homeroom teacher as soon as possible after changing the lunch delivery method to "Parents Delivering Lunch". |
| 2. | If there is no "Lunch Delivery Student Name Tag", parents can temporarily use the old name tag from last school year (please update the class) or write the student's name and class on a piece of paper. |
| 3. | Please keep your "Lunch Delivery Student Name Tags" safe. If you accidentally lose them, please report the loss to the homeroom teacher and request a replacement. |
After school arrangements
School dismissal time: 3:00 PM
To ensure students' safety after school, the school arranges different dismissal lines for parents to choose from:
Team A: Parents' Team (Parents pick up their children from school)
Team B: School Bus Team (returning home by school bus)
Team C: Minghua Building Team (disbanded at the top floor of Basel Road)
Team D: Yagongyan Road Team (Disbands after crossing the road at the top of the Pasir Road stone steps)
Team E: The childcare team (led by center mentors to the Minghua Building Children's Welfare Association)
Custody Center
To lead students from our school to the center for after-school care and homework.
Team F: Dongwei Building Team (disbands from Dongda Street towards Dongwei Building)
Team G: MTR Team (from East Main Street towards MTR Station)
(G1 East Main Street: MTR Station B2 Entrance - Disperse)
(G2 Oi Tung Tsuen: Disbanded inside MTR station)
(G3 MTR Station: MTR station gates closed)
Please refer to the map below for the above routes. Each route will be supervised by a teacher on duty to prevent accidents. Students must follow the route selected by their parents to return home.
Students who participate in school activities, tutoring, or homework assistance will be dismissed at 4:00 PM.
A school bus fleet, a parent pick-up and drop-off team, and a road-crossing team were set up (teachers led students across Dongda Street and then the team dispersed).
Students attending the homework tutoring classes jointly organized by the Hong Kong Family Welfare Association and our school will be dismissed at 5:00 PM.
