The Incorporated School Board was established on August 30, 2008, and includes seven school board members representing the sponsoring body, one alternative school board member representing the sponsoring body, one principal representative representative, one teacher representative and one alternative teacher representative, one parent representative and one alternative parent representative, one alumni representative, and one independent representative.

The purpose of the Incorporated School Board is to manage and promote the school's education based on the truth of the Christian Bible and in accordance with the beliefs of the Hong Kong Tsung Tsin Church, in order to jointly realize the school's aspirations and mission. To effectively achieve these objectives, the Incorporated School Board has established five subcommittees: Personnel, Administration, Teaching, Religious Affairs, and Student Affairs. Board members join these subcommittees according to their different talents and interests, maintaining close communication with all school staff to jointly manage the school.
