2024 Hong Kong-wide Inter-school Quiz Competition on the Constitution and the Basic Law

All students are welcome to participate. Students can log in to the website using the password in the handbook to participate in the competition.

(The "Hong Kong Education City Student Account" is the login information for the STAR platform on the password paper in the booklet.)

Competition Information

• Participating students must log in to the following website with their Hong Kong Education City account between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. from February 19 to March 11 , 2024 to participate in the competition.

• There is no appeals mechanism for the competition.

Competition Rules

• The preliminary round will be conducted online in a question-and-answer format. The competition website will be open Monday through Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (Note: Information technology support provided by Hong Kong Education City is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Services are not available on Saturdays and Sundays.)
• This competition includes a short video challenge. Students are advised to watch the video on the following webpage before the competition begins:

• Schools can arrange for all participating students to compete simultaneously, in batches, or independently, either on campus or at home.
• Students must log in using their Hong Kong Education City student account. Once the competition begins, students are considered to have participated regardless of whether they complete the competition or not.
• Students must answer 30 multiple-choice questions (questions 26-30 are short video questions) within 15 minutes and then press the "Submit" button to complete the competition. Otherwise, the system will automatically submit the answer after 6 p.m.
• Each student may only participate once. If a student participates repeatedly, the organizer will disqualify them.
