- The competition will be held online, with no limit on the number of participants from each school.
- Each student may only participate once. If a student participates repeatedly, the organizer will disqualify them.
Students must answer 15 questions, including short video questions and written questions, within a 10-minute time limit. The winner will be selected based on the highest accuracy and the shortest answering time.
- Some of the questions are from the following short videos and the reference materials in the appendix. Students are advised to watch the videos and read the relevant materials before the competition:

Participating students can log in to the following website with their Hong Kong Education City student account from now until 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6th to compete.

All students are welcome to participate. Students can log in to the website using the password in the handbook to participate in the competition.
(The "Hong Kong Education City Student Account" is the login information for the STAR platform on the password paper in the booklet.)
